The course includes all contracts and scripts needed to successfully close real estate deals without any licenses or additional training. Throughout this course, you will learn the benefits of LLCs, home-based businesses, tax right offs, and all tools needed to legally wholesale. With some motivation, determination, and discipline, anyone can pick this course up with no experience, with little to no money, and start closing deals within weeks of creating.
There are several real estate courses available to help you get started with real estate, but none have the complete resources, leadership, and step by step practical hands-on approach offered in this course. Every module has a real-time hands-on beneficial exercise that will allow you to use the best learning strategy available. You learn as you apply each technique to your real estate brand. By the end of the course, you will have a fully functioning real estate wholesaling business that will be closing deals.
Every week there will be two mentorship calls that will go over course specifics and open the floor for question and answer. Each mentorship call will be recorded for later viewing and note-taking. There will also be opportunities for one on one's throughout the course. Hello, Welcome to Quality First Properties Real Estate School. We are part of an organization that specializes in real estate investments. Quality first properties begin with My Wife, Annie Natson, and myself, Johnathan Natson. A devoted team with six beautiful gifts. We are both Commissioned Officers in the U.S. Army National Guard with a total of 19 years of military experience between the two of us. Annie is a very accomplished scholar with a bachelors of science in Social Science and two Masters degrees. One of her master's degrees in project management from LSUS (Geaux Tigers!!!) and the other in counseling from the University of Louisiana Lafayette. I have a tech diploma in Automotive Technology and a Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Southern University (Go Eagles). We have collectively contributed to society through our careers while excelling in our military careers and maintaining our home.
The mundane work-life alone was not enough for Annie and me, and there was a much greater purpose for our lives. There was this burning desire for entrepreneurship that we could not turn off but only feed. We started by opening our first restaurant in the small town of Metter, Georgia. The experience and the efforts poured into our business within itself opened our eyes and helped us overcome the fear of failure. We eventually closed the doors and took along with us a wealth of knowledge and a clear vision. Not long after the closing, our desire for entrepreneurship found it's way to real estate. Inspired by businessmen like Max Maxwell and Tommy Holt, Jr., Tommy Holt Jr. has been a great mentor, a source of inspiration, and a massive wealth of knowledge for our development. Through his system E2E, we learned the ends and outs of real estate investment and established Quality First Properties LLC. We have developed a passion for helping others overcome their struggles and decided to build a company around this system. We have been through so many ups and downs throughout life and finally said enough is enough. We went out on a mission to build our spiritual mindset, emotional, physical, and financial literacy up to a point we would transform our lives and our loved ones' lives forever.
